Join us for a one-day immersion learning plant spirit connection practices, alchemy and medicine making with Charlotte Pulver. This is a very special, focused Medicine Making Day working with the Mistletoe plant in discovering its' incredible healing benefits and ways. This will be a highly informative, transformational and joyous day.
Traditionally in Celtic cultures, druid priests would always harvest and make mistletoe medicine on the waxing moon either side of the winter solstice. The 29th November is indeed one of those ripe and right days.
Medicine Making Day

You will go away with skills which will greatly enhance your life in all ways.
Morning session
PLANT SPIRIT CONNECTION
Learn the most important technique there is in making a medicine in life. A technique which ensures that any medicine that you make is infused with the vitality and consciousness of the plant(s) that you are working with. These are foundational practices which are at the heart of the ancient practice of Alchemy. Where you will be taught how to meet and commune with the consciousness of plants and how to facilitate healing for yourself and others when making medicines with plants.
These ancient yet very simple techniques can also be applied in communicating with any aspect of nature - be it the river, trees, rocks, stars and animals too. Thereby helping facilitate a deeper embodiment and connection to the natural world and all of life.
Because we are all a part of nature, this session will help you awaken your natural birth right in communicating with the natural world whilst also accessing your own innate ancestral wisdom and knowledge.
Afternoon session
PLANT SPIRIT WATERS: THE MAKING OF HYDROSOLS
Discover the world of hydrosols, also known as hydrolats or ‘plant spirit waters’. Hydrosols are distilled plant waters which contain a wealth of powerful plant compounds including microparticles of essential oils in these cellular waters.
In Alchemy hydrosols physically embody the plant's Spirit, it's intelligent animating life force. They are complete plant water medicine, saturated with the plant’s essence infused in each molecule. Distillation is an ancient art with evidence of it going back at least 5000 years. Widely practised in Eygptian, Greek, European, Roman, Chinese and Persian cultures and systems of medicine. Taking the time to make a hydrosol is truly a magical, sensory and wonderful ritual experience.
This will be a master class in hydrosol making and how hydrosols are made with smaller stills and even on your own kitchen stove. You will also have the chance to make a mistletoe tincture, sacred anointing oil and vibrational essence too.
