A gentle, expansive day of deep nourishment, connection and remembrance. Held in the beautiful surroundings of The Apothecary Garden, this day retreat offers space to return to your body and connect with the wild, holy parts of yourself, through movement, ritual, sharing, and stillness.
Surrounded by the scent of roses and the summer hum of the garden, you'll be guided through a day of embodiment practices, womb connection, and sisterhood, all designed to honour the body as a sacred vessel and awaken a deeper sense of intimacy with self.
Whether it's through wild movement, ritual anointing, sacred massage, or shared moments of creativity and reflection, this is a day to soften, explore and reconnect.
During the day you will explore:
• Womb connection practices
• Body honouring rituals
• Wild embodiment
• Sacred anointing and massage
• Ceremony, creativity & play
• Open sharing and witnessing
• Time to rest in the garden grounds
• Nourishment and stillness
This is an Ashleigh Page event, hosted at The Apothecary Garden.
