As the season turns and we feel the golden hush of autumn settle over the land, this retreat invites you to come home to yourself. To soften. To remember. To rewild.
We gather as women, creators, feelers, thinkers, dreamers, ready to shed old skins, restore inner balance, and reconnect with the untamed parts of ourselves that modern life so often asks us to suppress.
This is a day to honour the sacred balance of masculine and feminine within: the part of us that longs to move with ease and intuition, and the part that provides steady structure and support. When these forces are in harmony, we move through life with greater grounding, clarity, and alignment.
It’s no coincidence that we meet on the day of the Horned God festival, a time in the pagan calendar that honours the wild masculine energy of nature: protective, potent, and deeply connected to the Earth. In his mythology, the Horned God is not separate from the feminine, but her sacred counterpart, dancing with her through the cycles of life, death, and rebirth.

Foraging and Guided Meditation – Reclaim your wild self as we wander the Apothecary Garden, gathering nature’s gifts and anchoring into stillness.
Conscious Breathwork – Gently explore the dance and flow of masculine and feminine energies within through guided breathwork with our guest practitioner. This powerful yet accessible practice supports emotional balance, inner calm, and clarity—helping you ground, soften, and re-centre.
Fire Ritual and Manifestation Circle – Under the Horned God’s gaze, release old patterns and call forth your soul’s deepest desires.
Celebrating Sisterhood – Weaving a circle of connection, safety, and shared magic to rewild and rise together.
Sacred Water Blessing – We bring our journey to a close with a private Cleansing Ritual at the White Spring in Glastonbury. Immerse yourself in the healing waters and cleanse away what no longer serves. This is more than a moment—it's a rite of renewal, a blessing for the soul.
Nourishing Food & Drink: Enjoy a delicious, wholesome lunch, with snacks and herbal teas provided throughout the day to nourish your body and soul.

Accommodation
Stay at the garden in one of our bespoke cabins , 18th century barn conversions or glamping tents.
